AlliancePharma Announces Appointment of New Director, Dr. Sami B. Chaouch
(firmenpresse) - THETFORD MINES, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 06/18/15 -- AlliancePharma Inc. (TSX VENTURE: APA) ("AlliancePharma" or "The Company") is pleased to announce that Dr. Sami B. Chaouch has been appointed to the Company''s Board of Directors. Dr. Chaouch holds a PhD. in Finance from the University Paris-Dauphine and a business administration degree from HEC Carthage in Tunisia. He worked at many high profile international jobs in finance and corporate advisory services, with a special focus on media, tourism industry, before being appointed as Chief financial officer and member of the Board of Directors of V Media Group in Montreal.
