(OTCQB: GBCS), a leading real estate investment trust that owns healthcare properties and leases them to senior care facility operators, has maintained its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share, which will be paid on July 31, 2015 to all stockholders of record as of July 10, 2015.
As a real estate investment trust (REIT), Global Healthcare REIT acquires real estate properties primarily engaged in the healthcare industry, including skilled nursing homes, medical offices, hospitals and emergency care facilities.
