CSE: 2015-0609-Name Change/Consolidation - Toro Resources Corp. (TRK)
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/16/15 -- Toro Resources Corp. announces a name change to Big Wind Capital Inc. and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on a five (5) old to one (1) new basis as authorized by its shareholders at the annual general and special meeting held on November 18, 2014. Fractional shares will be rounded down.
As a result of the consolidation, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 4,839,727.
Shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name and symbol on June 17, 2015.
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, June 16, 2015. CSE Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the consolidation.
