TransGaming Closes Sale of Its Cross-Platform Portability Technology to NVIDIA

(TSX VENTURE: TNG) announced today that it has closed the sale of its cross-platform portability technology to NVIDIA previously announced on June 11, 2015. The technology is part of the company''s Graphics and Portability Group and includes Cider™, its core-enablement or translation and related technologies, along with associated customer relationships, but not SwiftShader. The transaction remains subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
