("Mapan" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MPG) announced today that its annual and special meeting of shareholders originally scheduled to be held on June 25, 2015 has been rescheduled to July 27, 2015 due to timing and scheduling conflicts and to ensure adequate notice of the meeting is provided to shareholders. Details in respect of the business to be conducted at the meeting will be set forth in the information circular to be sent to shareholders in respect of the meeting and which will be available under the Company''s profile on SEDAR at .
