Nouveau Monde Announces the Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - GATINEAU, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 06/08/15 -- Nouveau Monde Mining Enterprises Inc. (TSX VENTURE: NOU)(OTC PINK: NMGRF)(FRANKFURT: NM9) announces that 1,100,000 stock options were granted to its directors, officers and one consultant at a price of $0.18 per common share for a period of five years from the grant date. These stock options vest immediately and are governed by the Stock Option Plan of the Corporation as currently in force.
Shares that may be subscribed upon the exercise of these options will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issue.
