In order to be successful at this Knight Arthur Promotions has a management training program to develop their top people into Executive Level Managers. Knight Arthur Promotions manager, Gary, from Amarillo, TX grew up playing soccer and football. Falling in love with boxing, Gary loved the challenge it gave him. Out of school he got into the construction and engineering field and later found the company when looking for a better opportunity with growth and a challenge. Gary started in March of 2014, and within three weeks was promoted into an Account Manager position. He began developing others and coaching and in just a little over six months he was promoted to manage the newest branch in Lubbock, TX.
