Ron Joyce Acquires Shares of Just Energy Group Inc.
(firmenpresse) - BURLINGTON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/08/15 -- Effective June 4, 2015, Ronald V. Joyce ("Joyce"), through his private holding company Jetport Inc., acquired 70,200 common shares ("Just Energy Shares") of Just Energy Group Inc. over the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange at a price of CDN$6.6737 per Just Energy Share. After giving effect to the foregoing acquisition, Joyce beneficially owns or exercises control or direction over 17,652,548 Just Energy Shares representing approximately 12.045% of the issued and outstanding Just Energy Shares.
Joyce and his joint actors acquired the Just Energy Shares for investment purposes only. Joyce and his joint actors may in the future take such actions in respect of their holdings as they may deem appropriate in light of the circumstances then existing, including the purchase of additional Just Energy Shares or other securities of Just Energy, or the sale of all or a portion of their holdings to one or more purchasers.
