Smartronix Recognized in the Most Recent Gartner Cloud IaaS Magic Quadrant
(firmenpresse) - HERNDON, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/04/15 -- Gartner, Inc. recently released an updated Magic Quadrant for Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) worldwide, assessing the market for cloud IaaS. In that report, Amazon Web Services (AWS) maintains a sizable margin with its lead against other competitors, continuing movement to the top of the leader''s quadrant.
Smartronix, an AWS Premier Consulting Partner, was recognized in the Magic Quadrant report as a "third-party cloud service brokerage" that can "resell major cloud IaaS provider'' solutions, and that typically adds significant value as well." Specifically in the "Government (Federal) Context" section of the report, Smartronix was identified as a company that can help Government customers overcome potential challenges in contracting directly with cloud providers due to Government acquisition rules.
