Headquartered in Peapack-Gladstone Bank''s Teaneck private banking location, Mr. Bowers is responsible for growing the Bank''s commercial lending business, expanding regional influence and building upon the bank''s success of the past two years.
Mr. Bowers is a 25-year veteran banker that began his career at The Bank of New York where he initiated and successfully executed highly effective sales strategies tailored for the Manhattan/ Brooklyn Divisions. His successful career continued as a top performer at JPMorgan Chase in Brooklyn and Manhattan. During his tenure, Mr. Bowers reshaped and significantly grew the district through the introduction and execution of sales strategies along with coaching and growth of relationship sales teams. As Senior Relationship Manager, he built one of the most revered portfolios of relationship management clients in the country, doubling portfolio profitability. Most recently at JPMorgan Chase, Mr. Bowers held the role of area manager where he built, proactively coached and successfully led an admired team of top managers to grow a large client portfolio while providing clients with the best overall financial solutions.
Mr. Bowers earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Economics and Sociology from the University of New Hampshire and attended the American Institute of Foreign Studies, Richmond College in London, England. Additional training included CBA''s Graduate School of Retail Bank Management and coursework in Stroble Financial Statement and Risk Analysis. His community involvement includes president of the Blue Devils Hockey Organization, member and former president of The Buckley School Fathers'' Committee and member of The Westminster School Executive Alumni Committee. A resident of New York, NY, he is also a member of the St. Jean Baptiste Church Finance Council, coach for Yorkville Baseball and volunteer for numerous local charities.
