Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Sells Pacific Wave Systems, Inc.
(firmenpresse) - LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/02/15 -- Levine Leichtman Capital Partners ("LLCP") announced today that it has completed the sale of Pacific Wave Systems, Inc. ("Pacific Wave" or the "Company") to COM DEV International Ltd. ("COM DEV").
Pacific Wave, headquartered in Garden Grove, CA, is a leading manufacturer of machined waveguide assemblies. Having over 500 years of space legacy time, the Company is widely recognized for its high-quality and reliable product offering within the aerospace industry. Pacific Wave was founded in 1990 and sells its products to large domestic and international commercial satellite manufacturers.
