The Kenagi Academy, offering a wide range of martial arts instruction, now provides kickboxing classes and courses for children, teenagers, and adults.
(firmenpresse) - The Kenagi Academy , offering a wide range of martial arts instruction, now provides kickboxing classes and courses for children, teenagers, and adults. Training includes a range of traditional boxing tactics, spinning fists techniques, and karate kicks, while a progressive grading system goes up to black belt and coach qualification. The academy is a member of the World Association of Kickboxing Organisations.
One-hour training sessions cover a range of exercise. Participants learn stretching, skipping, and impact work techniques using punching pads, kicking shields, and more. Rounds also integrate shadow sparring and stamina training and last two minutes each.
Fighting clubs are also available, although no student is pressured into fighting. Some courses are good for adults who want to become more fit and learn new skills.
