Volta Finance Limited ("Volta" or the "Company") is today pleased to announce the successful admission ("Admission") of its issued ordinary shares ("Shares") to listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc ("LSE").
As previously announced, the Company will retain its current listing on Euronext Amsterdam and the Shares will be traded on both Euronext Amsterdam and the LSE under the symbol VTA.
Admission will become effective and dealings in the Shares on the LSE will commence at 8.00 a.m. today. The Company is not offering any new shares or other securities in connection with Admission.
