Sama Resources Appoints Dr. Marc Filion to the Board of Directors

Mr. Benoit La Salle, FCPA, FCA, Chairman of the Board of Sama, is pleased to announce that, effective May 28, 2015, Dr. Marc Filion, Ph.D., M.B.A., Eng., ASC has joined the Company''s Board of Directors.
Dr. Filion has more than forty years of experience in the development and management of capital intensive world-class industrial projects in joint venture with international business partners. Dr. Filion has also been deeply involved in the negotiation, start-up and management of international mining projects in Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America. His career path includes lengthy assignments in Great Britain, France, Iran, Niger and Thailand, thus giving him practical experience in project management, in strategic planning in foreign markets and in development of businesses in culturally different environments.

Corporate Update
The Company also announces that, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan and subject to regulatory acceptance, it has granted 200,000 incentive stock options to a director of the Company, subject to certain vesting provisions. These options will be exercisable at a price of $0.175 per common share and will expire on May 27, 2025.
