Chef Benjamin Hamlin Now Leads the Culinary Team for the Hotel and Norah's Restaurant

As a multi-award-winning chef, his culinary achievements will bring a new dimension to the hotel''s signature restaurant, banquet and catering facilities. One of Chef Hamlin''s key responsibilities is supporting Renaissance''s AAA Four-Diamond status for the 6th year in a row.
Hamlin is a Local Chef with 18 years of professional Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering experience in the Saint Louis Area. Formally trained in Culinary Arts at Forest Park, Hamlin brings a fine dining background in Traditional French Cuisine to the hotel. Prior to joining the Renaissance team Hamlin owned and operated his own catering company, Fleur-De-Lis Catering, for 5 years.
