(TSX: WCM.A)(TSX: WCM.B) ("Wilmington" or the "Corporation") announced today that at the company''s annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 13, 2015 all five nominees proposed for election to the board of directors by holders of the Corporation''s Class A and B shares were elected. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors are set out below.
