CSE: 2015-0513 - Consolidation - Goldrea Resources Corp. (GOR)
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/25/15 -- Goldrea Resources Corp. has announced the consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) post consolidation share for each ten (10) pre consolidation common shares. If the aggregate number of shares held by a shareholder results in a fractional share being held as a result of the Consolidation, such fractional share, if equal to one half or more of a share, will be rounded up to the next nearest full share and, if less than one half of a share, will be cancelled.
As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 7,537,925
The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number Friday, May 29, 2015.
The name and symbol will not change.
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business Thursday, May 28, 2015. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
