(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/21/15 -- Banro Corporation has declared an Accrued Dividend payable of US $0.68 on its Preferred Shares on June 4, 2015 to shareholders of record on May 27, 2015.
The Company hereby notifies its shareholders that it will designate the full amount of such dividend as an "eligible dividend" for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
Banro will begin trading ex-dividend on May 25, 2015.
