EnerCare Inc. Announces Monthly Dividend
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/20/15 -- EnerCare Inc. ("EnerCare") (TSX: ECI) today announced a cash dividend of $0.07 per common share for the month of May 2015. The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 29, 2015. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
