MBMI Announces Director Appointment
(firmenpresse) - RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/19/15 -- MBMI RESOURCES INC. ("MBMI") (TSX VENTURE: MBR.H) is pleased to announce that it has appointed, subject to regulatory approval, Ms. Vivian Yan to its board of directors.
Ms. Vivian Yan earned her MBA from London Business School in the UK and a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Economics from Smith College in the US.
Ms. Yan has over a decade of experience in Financial Services. She has worked with major financial institutions such as Citigroup and Standard Chartered Bank. Her experience within the industry ranges from direct investment, corporate finance, relationship management, operational risk to trade finance. She also served as board directors and consultants to a number of companies, providing fund raising and strategic advice.
Mr. Joseph Chan, interim CEO of MBMI, stated: "I look forward to drawing upon Ms. Yan''s wealth of company experience as MBMI plans and executes its strategy in the coming years."
