Pathway 2010 GORR Limited Partnership Provides Update on Atikwa Resources
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/14/15 -- Pathway 2010 GORR Limited Partnership announces that its subsidiary, Pathway 2010 GORR Prospectus Subsidiary Inc. has received a terminal payment of $190,709 for its GORR interests as part of the Atikwa receivership process. This final recovery and disposition in respect of the GORR interests ultimately owned by Pathway 2010 GORR Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") will allow the Partnership to take steps to complete the wind-up of the Partnership and the payment of any final distributions over the coming months after the wind-up of the Partnership''s subsidiary and the payment of outstanding expenses of the subsidiary and the Partnership.
The amounts of the final distribution, if any, to the limited partners will be communicated at a later date following the completion of all steps necessary to wind up the subsidiary and the partnership. To assist in a recovery for the Limited Partners, the General Partner has agreed to waive all management fees owing and accrued, but not paid since September 2012.
