WiLAN Announces Election of Directors
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, CANADA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/14/15 -- WiLAN (TSX: WIN) (NASDAQ: WILN) today announced that all of management''s nominees listed in its April 13, 2015 management proxy circular were elected as directors of the Company at WiLAN''s May 13, 2015 annual shareholders'' meeting (the "Annual Meeting"). The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Annual Meeting are set out below.
WiLAN also confirmed that shareholders approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company''s auditors and the Purchase Plan Resolution.
