Vecima Declares Quarterly Dividend
(firmenpresse) - VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/13/15 -- Vecima Networks Inc. (TSX: VCM), an experienced designer and manufacturer of innovative technology in the broadband equipment market, is announcing today, consistent with its previously announced dividend policy, that the Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.045 per common share, payable on June 19, 2015 to shareholders of record as at May 26, 2015. This dividend will not be designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes. Future quarterly dividends will be subject to Board approval.
