Teranga Gold Announces Results of Voting at Annual General Meeting
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/12/15 -- Teranga Gold Corporation ("Teranga" or the "Corporation") (TSX: TGZ)(ASX: TGZ) announced that at its annual general meeting of shareholders held earlier today, all seven of the nominee directors listed in the management proxy circular dated March 30, 2015 were re-elected as directors of the Corporation. The results for each of the matters voted upon at the meeting are set out below:
