Honey Badger Exploration Announces Update on Sagar Property Deal

(TSX VENTURE: TUF) ("HBE" or the "Company") has modified the terms of its option agreement with Energizer Resources Inc. (TSX: EGZ)(OTCQX: ENZR) ("Energizer") to acquire an interest in the Sagar Property in consideration of cash payments, share issuances and work commitment expenditures (the "Option Agreement") dated July 31, 2014 (the "Effective Date") and previously announced on August 5, 2014.
