iFabric Announces Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - MARKHAM, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/06/15 -- iFabric Corp. (TSX VENTURE: IFA)("iFabric" or the "Company") today announced that it has granted options to acquire up to a total of 100,000 common shares of iFabric, at an exercise price of $2.70 per share, to Dr. Mark Cochran, an independent director elected at the Company''s annual meeting held on May 4. The full amount of this option vests immediately and it is exercisable over a 10 year term, subject to earlier termination upon the optionee ceasing to be a director, officer or employee of the Company. The option grant is subject to the specific terms of an option agreement with the optionee. Following this grant, iFabric will have 869,975 common shares available for future option grants.
