Newton Energy Corporation Announces Grant of Options
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/04/15 -- Newton Energy Corporation (the "Company" or "Newton") (NEX: NTN.H) announces that its Board of Directors has approved the granting of stock options to purchase 1,550,000 common shares of the Company to the Company''s directors and officers subject to regulatory and NEX approval. The options were issued with an exercise price of $0.05 per share, vest immediately and have a five year term.
