Mr. Dobson is a high tech industry veteran with comprehensive experience in designing, implementing and managing large, enterprise scale Information Technology projects for over twenty years. He has worked with some of the largest, most prestigious corporations in Canada and the United States, as well as governmental agencies and authorities at the local, provincial and federal levels.
His keen insight into Uniserve''s unified connectivity, data centre, and voice products forms the foundation for a rapidly evolving business and operating plan designed to expand services, add products, and increase revenue.
Mr. Dobson''s appointment is a key component of the corporate restructuring initiatives undertaken by the board over the last six months and he will be responsible for leading the Company as it pursues its growth strategy going forward. The appointment follows the recently announced addition of Mark Stanton to the board of directors on April 27, 2015 and increases the number of directors to seven, which was approved by consent resolution.
