Signal Hill Fund III Exceeds Target and Closes at $142 Million
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/01/15 -- Signal Hill Equity Partners ("Signal Hill") is pleased to announce that it has closed its third fund, Signal Hill Equity Partners III LP and its parallel partnership, Signal Hill Equity Partners (International) III L.P. (collectively, the "Fund") with C$142 million of committed capital. The Fund was materially oversubscribed and quickly surpassed its initial target size of C$100 million, reflecting the strong interest received from existing and new investors.
Signal Hill has consistently achieved top quartile results and has attracted investors that include family offices, high net worth Canadian and international private investors and some of the largest institutions in Canada.
