(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MNR.H)(OTC PINK: MNRUF) announces the removal of Anthony Pickett as a director of the Company. Pursuant to the Articles of the Company and the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia), the board of directors removed Mr. Pickett as a director at a directors'' meeting held on April 30, 2015. The Company wishes Mr. Pickett well in his future endeavors.
