Uniserve Announces 12,000,000 Unit Private Placement At $0.05 Per Unit
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/29/15 -- Uniserve Communications Corporation (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: USS) wishes to announce that it has agreed to issue up to 12,000,000 Units in a private placement, at a price of $0.05 per unit, each unit consisting of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant. One warrant will be exercisable for one additional common share at $0.10 per share for a two year period. The proceeds derived from this placement will be used for the purposes of general working capital. No finder''s fees are payable pursuant to this placement and this transaction is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
