eShippers Management Announces Appointment of New Director

("eShippers" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: EPX.H) is pleased to announce that, subject to NEX approval, Mr. Michael Curtis has been appointed as a director of the Company. Mr. Curtis has over 35 years of experience in the Canadian financial industry in the areas of trading, research, corporate finance and the management of public companies. In 1998, he founded and became President and a director of Cardwell Capital Inc., a private investment and trading corporation that invests in small and mid-capitalization public companies trading in North American markets. Over the years, Mr. Curtis has managed and been on the Board of Directors of numerous companies, public and private, and is presently a director and officer of Quinto Real Capital Corp. and Nevado Resources Corp.
The Company also announces that Jamie Newall has resigned from the Board of Directors to focus on his other business interests. eShippers would like to thank Mr. Newall for his services to the Company and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
The board of directors of eShippers is now comprised of Brian Tingle, Gerald Shields, Michelle Gahagan and Michael Curtis.
