Appetizer and entrée selections include:
A trio of Mexican shrimp ceviche, creamy turkey chili dip & warm cheese sauce, served with tri-color chili corn tortillas chips.
Mexican seasoned black beans, topped with chopped black olives, jalapenos, red onions, guacamole, shredded cheese & sour cream; and served with homemade tortilla chips.
Carnitas (pulled pork), barbacoa (slow cooked beef) & seasoned shredded chicken with salsa verde, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, flour tortillas, corn taco shells & tortilla chips; and served with cilantro rice & black beans.
Served with refried beans, tortilla chips, salsa & an avocado chopped salad.
