(TSX VENTURE: GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") has issued 1,575,000 stock options to six directors, officers, employees and consultants. Options are valid for five years until April 23, 2020 with a strike price of $0.095 cents and conditions as per the option plan approved at the shareholders meeting on June 18th, 2014.
