The audited financial statements and Management''s Discussion & Analysis were filed today on SEDAR at . The Company also announces that Merv Chia will resign as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Jimmy Chow will act as Chief Financial Officer effective April 29, 2015. Merv Chia''s officer position has changed from Interim Chief Executive Officer to Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Dale Burstall will act as Secretary of the Company effective April 29, 2015.
