Dominion General Investment Corporation Announces Management Changes
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/24/15 -- Dominion General Investment Corporation ("Dominion") (TSX VENTURE: DIC.P), a capital pool company as defined under Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange, announces that effective April 22, 2015, Steven Mintz, the Chief Financial Officer of Dominion, has assumed the additional role of Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Anton Konovalov has resigned as Chief Executive Officer to ensure Dominion''s audit committee is composed of a majority of directors who are not officers or employees of the corporation. The changes were necessary as a result of the resignation by Angelo Parente from the board of directors of Dominion on April 22, 2015.
