Pizza Pizza Among First Brands to Launch App for Apple Watch

It''s pizza time. Pizza Pizza customers will now be able to order pizza from their wrist, as the company announces the launch of its app for Apple Watch. Canada''s leading pizza chain is among the first brands to introduce an app for Apple Watch.
The Pizza Pizza app for Apple Watch, one of the first to offer food ordering, is based on the company''s popular app for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad models. It was first launched in 2011 in partnership with Plastic Mobile, and has seen well over half a million downloads to date. The app received a Webby Award, just one month after its launch, for best shopping tool for a handheld device and continues to delight customers.

The new app offers quick, convenient usability for customers who are already accustomed to online and mobile ordering. Among its many dynamic features, includes a 40-minute delivery guarantee countdown timer, the ability to select your favourite or previous orders, place an order from the quick menu and view your Club 11-11 loyalty balance.
The Pizza Pizza app for Apple Watch is available from the App Store for Apple Watch starting today. The Pizza Pizza app for iPhone is available for free download from the App Store.
