The shareholders have re-elected the following as directors for the ensuing year:
In addition, Hein & Associates LLP was re-appointed as Silver Bull''s independent registered public accounting firm.
At the conclusion of the meeting Dr. Murray Hitzman, who was not re-nominated for another term, ceased serving as a director. Silver Bull would like to thank Dr. Hitzman for his valuable input as a director of the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
