Italian restaurant in The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto retains Creative and Communications firm

The creative communications group will be tasked with full service public relations, social media, digital marketing, and strategic planning services for the brand.
TOCA selected DECK Agency for their marketing expertise in the food service and hospitality space. Founded in 2011, TOCA offers a welcoming atmosphere, exceptional service, and a number of distinct environments. The main dining room is refined yet comfortable, with rustic details accenting a modern design sensibility. Guests can enjoy the view from The Ritz-Carlton''s floor-to-ceiling windows in the bright, airy bistro. A private dining room, enclosed by glass and red leather panels, seats up to 12 guests, while the Chef''s Table, set in the bustle of the kitchen, offers a highly-engaging atmosphere. The TOCA Cheese Cave, housing 35 perfectly aged local and international cheeses, offers unique tours and custom tastings. Diners can also enjoy an intimate meal in the restaurant''s wine cellar, a romantic setting for special occasions.
TOCA''S authentic Italian culinary offering is overseen by renowned Chef Oliver Glowig, who is based in Rome, and executed on-site by Chef de Cuisine Jitin Gaba. The menu showcases traditional Italian ingredients and preparation methods, complemented by seasonal flavours and locally-sourced produce. Highlights include the Insalata Romana, a bountiful salad of romaine lettuce, candied tomato, and pesto trapanese, and the house-favourite: Ravioli Caprese, featuring handcrafted caciotta cheese, marjoram, and tomato sauce.
