Dr. Ozan Sozer is a board certified plastic surgeon practicing in El Paso, Texas. The cosmetic surgeon has been named as Co-Chairman of the Education Council for Central, South and North America by the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). The ISAPS chose Dr. Sozer in an effort to expand their role of providing aesthetic education worldwide.
