TransForce Inc. (TSX: TFI) (OTCQX: TFIFF), a North American leader in the transportation and logistics industry, today announced that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time at the TMX Broadcast Center Gallery, 130 King Street West, Toronto.
The Company will also issue its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015 via news release during its Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
