(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/20/15 -- DREAM INDUSTRIAL REIT (TSX: DIR.UN) today announced its April 2015 monthly distribution in the amount of 5.833 cents per Unit (70 cents annualized). The April distribution will be payable on May 15, 2015 to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2015.

Dream Industrial REIT owns a portfolio of 216 primarily light industrial properties comprising approximately 16.9 million square feet of gross leasable area in key industrial markets across Canada.
