Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. Increases Monthly Dividend

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/20/15 -- Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. (TSX: PZA) today announced a 1.9% increase in its monthly dividend which will be effective beginning with the April 2015 dividend.

On an annualized basis, the dividend will increase from $0.8004 to $0.816 per share.

For the period April 1 to April 30, the dividend per share will increase to $0.068 from $0.0667 and will be payable May 15, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2015.

For tax purposes, the 2015 dividend will be considered a taxable eligible dividend.
