Legacy Oil + Gas Inc. Responds to FrontFour''s Notice of Intent to Nominate Directors
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/20/15 -- Legacy Oil + Gas Inc. ("Legacy" or the "Company") (TSX: LEG) confirms that it has received notice from FrontFour Master Fund Ltd. (with its applicable affiliates, "FrontFour") of its intent to nominate three individuals for election as directors at Legacy''s upcoming annual general meeting. Legacy''s Board of Directors has formed a Special Committee of the Board comprised of Jim Bertram (Chair), Aidan Walsh and Randal Brockway, all of whom are independent directors. The Special Committee has been given a mandate from the Board to engage with FrontFour, and the Special Committee has reached out to FrontFour with the intent of working toward a constructive resolution. The Special Committee has engaged TD Securities Inc. to act as its independent financial advisor in carrying out its mandate.
