(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/17/15 -- Newton Energy Corporation (the "Company" or "Newton") (NEX: NTN.H) announces that 2014 was a transition year for the Company as Newton exited the oil and gas sector with the sale of 100% of its oil and gas assets. The Company is embarking in a new direction and exploring the technology sector with the following management changes. Art Bray has resigned as Chief Financial Officer effectively immediately. Merv Chia will act as Interim Chief Financial Officer. We would like to thank Art Bray for his past contributions and wish him success in the future.
