Black Diamond Group Limited Announces April Dividend
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/17/15 -- Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or the "Company") (TSX: BDI), a leading provider of workforce accommodation and modular workspace solutions, today declared a dividend of $0.08 per share to be paid on May 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on April 30, 2015. The ex-dividend date is April 28, 2015. This dividend is an ''eligible dividend'' for Canadian income tax purposes.
