The international planning and project team?BIM it!? starts its local BIM manager office in Germany to serve foreign and local investors as well as property owners with Building Information Modeling in Germany
(PresseBox) - BPS International has started BIM Manager services in Germany to serve local and foreign investors with Building Information Modeling.
BPS International and its "BIM it!" team are committed to numerous international Building Information Modeling projects as BIM manager. "BIM it!" is an international 60+ employee architecture and engineering practice that combines planning with BIM services, (strategic) BIM consulting and (operational) BIM management.
The company has now launched BIM Manager services for Germany-based projects and facilities and, therefore, "BIM it!" has opened a BIM manager office and BIM practice in Munich by January 2015 to serve the entire Germany region.
"Especially for foreign investors in Germany, our BIM Managers combine international expertise in managing and maintaining BIM projects and BIModels under British and American standards with local knowledge and work experience plus physical presence at any spot in Germany and neighboring countries.", explains Tobias Schmidt, who coordinates the BIM projects of BPS International in the German region.
In the past years, the "BIM it!" team has built up a track record as BIM manager and BIM project party for American, British, Chinese, Russian and Swiss investors, masterplanners and architects. Due to the latest rise of Building Information Modeling in Germany, "BIM it!" has opened its BIM-focused office in Munich by 2015 to be the first and multi-skilled BIM Manager for foreign and local investors in Germany,
- during design stage of a building,
- during construction stage,
- during operation stage, for Facility Management and Property Management
Interesting is the fact that BPS International itself is a real estate investor and building owner. The group''s portfolio consists of commercial buildings as well as medical and infrastructure facilities. Objects of BPS are designed, constructed and operated with Building Information Modeling and supervised by BIM Managers.
