Canderel Welcomes McKesson Canada as New Tenant
(firmenpresse) - MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/15/15 -- Canderel has signed a lease with McKesson Canada at 6355 Viscount, a building in Mississauga''s Airport Area. Canderel and McKesson Canada were brought together by CBRE.
6355 Viscount is a three-storey 75,000 square foot office building, located one block from Pearson International Airport. The building was purchased by Canderel in March, 2013. Until recently it has served as the regional offices of Sobeys Ltd. The building will be completely renovated and updated for McKesson Canada, by Canderel.
