If an infant has been fed any of the Heinz brand Chicken with Broth described above, discontinue use and monitor for symptoms. Consumption of spoiled food may cause symptoms such as upset stomach, vomiting and diarrhea. If you have any concerns, please seek medical attention.

This warning was triggered by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency''s (CFIA) inspection activities. The CFIA is conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to the recall of other products. If other products are recalled, the CFIA will notify the public through updated Food Recall Warning.
