Tiong Nam Earns Triple Honors at the 2015 Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Awards
(firmenpresse) - KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/15/15 -- has bagged triple honors at the 2015 Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Awards, held at the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
The company took home the coveted Best Regional (ASEAN) Road Transportation Service Provider of the Year award based on its performance for the financial year 2014. It also clinched the Domestic Logistics Service Provider of the Year, marking the second consecutive year in which it has received this honor. Tiong Nam also received the Best Road Transportation Service Provider of the Year award.
Mr. Gopal R, Global Vice President, Transportation & Logistics Practice said that Tiong Nam''s image as a reputable logistics service provider is illustrated by the range of its service offering and extensive road network coverage.
He added that Tiong Nam, with a total truck fleet of about 1,900 vehicles and a sophisticated record system, has enabled the company to maintain the high quality of their trucking fleet.
Mr. Gopal said that Tiong Nam also has ventured overseas to Singapore and Thailand, and is currently eyeing Vietnam, Myanmar and Indonesia for future expansion.
